HOW TO JOIN NC STRENGTH

First take a look at our membership options, then start the process below. You don't need to be strong to join, but you do need to know what you're doing and have passion for it. 


EXPERIENCED LIFTERS
Use the embedded form below to apply for membership. You are required to provide video of your movement proficiency or be referred by a current member. You can also come in and demonstrate your movement with an empty bar. If being referred, have them email us about you beforehand. If you would like to see the gym, schedule a tour or drop-in.


NEW TO LIFTING
