HOW TO JOIN NC STRENGTH
First take a look at our membership options, then start the process below. You don't need to be strong to join, but you do need to know what you're doing and have passion for it.
Use the embedded form below to apply for membership. You are required to provide video of your movement proficiency or be referred by a current member. If being referred, have them email us about you beforehand.
NEW TO LIFTING
Schedule a time below for a tour and free consultation. We'll get an idea of your goals and current level and create a personalized Learn2Lift track to teach you the skills you'll need to train here. We'll also answer any questions you might have. Some common questions might be:
- Do I have to be strong before I train here? (hint: NO!)
- What kind of movements will I learn?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- Do I have to stop eating donuts?
Please wear workout clothes and athletic shoes. Expect to spend about 45 minutes at our gym. At the end of your consult you'll have learned a bunch of stuff and, importantly, gotten a feel for whether NC Strength would be a good fit for you.
