Learn How to Lift.

Barbells are scary. Until you learn how to use them. Then they're freaking awesome.

Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who wants to brush up on their existing technique, our Learn2Lift program is the place to learn all about barbell movement. We focus on mechanics above all else.  You won't be taught or encouraged to lift heavy weights "by any means necessary". It's the right way or not at all.

Learn2Lift is a series of private sessions with a coach, scheduled at your convenience. At the end of the program, you'll feel comfortable and safe with bars, weights, power racks, platforms, and more.

Here's some of what we go over:

1. Squat - High Bar Back Squat, Low Bar Back Squat, Front Squat
2. Push - Press, Bench Press, Push Press
3. Pull - Deadlift, Bent Row, Power Clean
