At the end of the day, we're a small business. We have these rules not to be mean, but to survive and keep offering you a great gym. We don't make exceptions so that it's fair for everyone. Thanks for understanding.

Your Rate Won't Go Up
As long as your membership remains active and in good standing, we'll never raise your rate. That's a promise. We value loyalty and your continued contribution to our community.

Membership Auto-Draft
Your membership dues will be automatically billed each month, regardless of how often you utilize the gym. We do not offer refunds on membership for any reason. Failed payments unresolved after 5 days will incur a $10 late fee.

Freezing
You may freeze your membership for up to 2 whole months per calendar year. We do not offer any partial month freezing. You are required to fill out the Freeze Request form below no less than 1 week before your next bill. If you miss the deadline, you will be charged for the next month. 

Cancellation
In the event that you choose to cancel, you are required to give 30 days' notice and fill out the Cancellation Request form below. The date you submit the form will start your 30 day period, and your final bill will be the next bill within those 30 days. Please note that if you are on a promotional or outdated rate and cancel, you will be subject to then-current rates if you choose to return.

Failed Payments
Your membership at NC Strength is ongoing unless otherwise cancelled. The contract you signed outlines the terms of the agreement you made with us regarding your payments. If your payment fails and remains unresolved, you will continue accruing charges per your membership contract until you complete the cancellation process, at which point all past due charges, with associated fees, will be due. Payments more than 3 months past due will be sent to a collection agency.
